Honey Bee comes from the deep south American state of Louisiana, in a place called Tallulah - where fast food restaurants didn't exist. Here, the art of food preparation was developed from an early age...

Realizing the needs of our ever-changing mobile society, Honey Bee has now given Australian gourmets the opportunity to prepare their very own American Soul food cuisine to perfection, with her blends of herbs and spices from New Orleans.

Honey Bee is a warm hospitable person, a cook, book author and a mother who has now made available for those living in Australia and across the world, a real 'taste' of southern hospitality.

For instance, you love the taste of cornbread, black eyed peas, hoe cake, southern fried chicken, barbecue ribs, sweet potato pie, hush puppies, golden biscuits, jambalaya rice dishes, gumbo's, grits and gravy, then you've certainly found the right place!
